PRICES

HOUSE RENTAL IS  £175 PER WEEK, £325 FOR 2 WEEKS THIS INCLUDES YOUR WATER AND ELECTRIC. 

A £200 BOND MUST BE GIVEN TO THE AGENTS UPON ARRIVAL THIS WILL BE RETURNED IF ALL IS OK WHEN YOU LEAVE.  HOWEVER IF BREAKAGES ARE SMALL THEN SIMPLY REPLACE ANY ITEMS BROKEN A, FULL HOUSEHOLD INVENTORY WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.  However, this can be waived if you use our agents for transfers as they can check the house upon your departure.

PAYMENT

There are many methods of making payment.  If you are in the UK you can simply send us a cheque, We will send you our full postal address if you email us.  You can also pay direct into our bank account via paypal which is FREE.  Paypal accept many different cards including MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, or solo from the UK.

Airconditioning:- all bedrooms & lounge / kitchen have aircon units and are charged at.
£15pp (1 week) or £25pp (2 weeks)

Transfers: we can arrange Private Transfers to & from Izmir or Bodrum airports
